In a Contract-to-Hire arrangement, Tekforce Consulting and the client agree on an hourly bill rate for the contract period, the date the consultant will be converted to a regular employee, a minimum number of hours the consultant must work as a Tekforce Consulting consultant before conversion, and/or a conversion fee which is payable to Tekforce Consulting once the consultant is actually converted to regular employee status with the client.
